The 3rd Annual a oeA Walk for Childrena is scheduled to begin on October 9th in Summersville , W.Va. at the Nicholas County Courthouse and will extend a three-day, 65-mile adventure leading to the State Capitol building in downtown Charleston , W.Va. Isn't that the walk for the Faltis Center? Why do they advertise it as a shelter (as in a safe house) and then also use it as a kiddie jail?
