Kent Frison, associate superintendent for business services, and Dennis Roehler, director of facilities and construction, walked through all the schools in the district to gauge occupancy levels, and found seven classrooms not in use -- four in Black Mountain Elementary School, one at Desert Sun Academy and two at Cactus Shadows High School.
