Health officials say the person returned from Europe with the measles late last month and visited several areas in Scottsdale and Cave Creek between March 29 and 31 in addition to Sky Harbor Airport's terminal 4. Authorities say measles symptoms typically surface within seven to 12 days of exposure but some cases take as long as three weeks.
