Cary police shooting under investigation

State authorities and the Cary police are looking into the shooting of a man by a Cary officer early Sunday morning.

You see someone with a gun..you don't have time to taz or mace...In NY they have people painting guns orange so they look like toys... How are the officers supposed to know it is a BB Gun.

The police questioned if there were any weapons in the house. They were told that there was ONLY a BB gun in the house. Also-when he goes towards grabbing the BB gun-the residents are screaming don't shoot it's only a BB gun. So for them to say they didn't know..... well- you decide.

I would of pulled the trigger twice.
