Carteret trucker can be retried on reckless manslaughter

MIDDLESEX COUNTY: A state appeals court ruled that a Carteret truck driver can be retried on a charge of reckless manslaughter after being acquitted of a more severe charge in the death of a 15-month-old boy. via Home News Tribune
