Full story: MySanAntonio.com

Start with a routine request for public information, add a heaping dose of small-town politics and a couple of big egos, and you might have the recipe for a nasty and expensive legal fight.

I agree with the top comment., alot of the statements made accused are ridiculously generalized. It's obvious Alaniz got upset simply because he could not accept the fact a female being school board president , and there are 2 witnesses that are going to testify that he clearly said "once I'm done with Castaneda, I'm going after the others" he's simply looking for something that's not there , and although be states he has "belief" that there is, there stands no evidence which the housing authority has made 1000s of copies of records of what he has asked for , and even gave his attorney recorded meetings that go back as far as 2001-.and still no fault has been found just hopeless accusations: when it comes down to it he lost school board president to a woman , got upset of the idea and started picking at his "rivals", there is much more that has been done and going to continue , noone really knows what's going on so 2nd information and accusations and wrongful comments wot make a difference except sell the story , so sell away you hungry ones that have nothing better to do except surround yourself with gossip cause you're bored with your lives-

This isn't brenda :), but it seems like that's a personal problem between your emotions and her , letting yourself be controlled by your own vendettas , tisk tisk, silly rabbit , tricks are for kids- grow up- again another impudent being posting based on nothing but instict , ooo how malicious we are by nature.
Sell sell sell this story :)!

If you were happy with yourself , would you be so pathetic ? Would it make you feel better if I told you God loves you? Even though you degrade yourself throughly - remember, don't ever follow the white rabbit.

So what ever happened? Is it true that the FBI and HUD are investigating the housing authority? Did the judge fine or sanction the housing authority?

Only the truth please I am interested in the case not personal vendetta's. The reason I ask is because the Bexar county housing authority is under investigation as well and I remember Uvalde had an issue not to long ago.
