Head-on collision kills 2 in northwestern ND
The crash happened late Sunday afternoon on U.S. Highway 52 near Carpio. The Highway Patrol says 40-year-old John Kevin Ozbolt, from Tallahassee, Fla., was trying to pass a semitrailer when he collided head-on with a pickup truck driven by 49-year-old James Bruce Palmer, from Post Falls, Idaho.
Two people are dead following a head-on crash that took place southeast of Carpio on Highway 52 yesterday.
