Ruth Deckop Donovan of Doylestown, Pa. passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the age of 84. Ruth was born on June 7, 1930 in Buffalo and grew up there with her treasured older brother, Ray, and devoted sister, Jane, as the family of proudly German parents, Joseph and Irene Deckop.
