Prosecutors won't file charges against Carmel official

Hamilton County prosecutors have declined to file charges against Carmel City Councilman Joe Griffiths after one of his employees accused him of hitting her in her Noblesville home.

But I love him, so does my daughter Miranda. After getting out of prison I was hoping for a nice man. He told me that he does not love his wife anymore. He was proud of me for making the IUK Deans list in 2004. I thought that it would work. Maybe I can sue him for sexual harrassment. He pressured me to have sex with him
and said that if I didn't he would make my life hell in trying to get Miranda back and tell the PO that I was on drugs again. He kept blackmailing me.

omg you have not changed a bit. leave your daughter out of it. if you want to have your life out there for all to see fine but don't throw her into it. Hamilton county is small enough.

She has not changed and will never will. I hate to admit, but we once dated for a brief time and she cleaned my wallet OUT. Has never been a person to stand behind her word. So you have to wonder if the incident ever happened. Oh by the way, I pulled her record on IDOC and it shows her status as ESCAPED.

Most people go through their entire lives without ever being accused of doing something they didn't do. It just keeps happening to Joe Griffiths. Where there's smoke, there's fire.
