You know, going forward, I'm glad these boards are going away and people will have to register with a real email and identity.

Me too! |

The paper I'm worried about is called money -$90 million of it to be sent to Brainard's maw for 5-6 graftabouts, all so a worried Governor Daniels can get political support for his reelection, IMO. Tired of Carmel parasites.

I'm sure there are still some psychologist here in town that can help you. Where do you come up with this drivel? People losing their mansions because of subprime loans? And anyone who is losing their house is somehow doing so because of Brainard? Cuckoo, cuckoo. |
Pat was right.......you are certifiable looney |

Hey kid......you should switch to the moniker of Sybil. It is funny watching you talk to your self. Run out of your free meds? why arent you poisting on the Stars new forum? No guts I guess. |

It's obvious the one thing the Mayor has failed to do is to provide mental health intervention for our few unstable citizens.

Nope. I'm writing a thesis on mental illness and multiple personalities. I needed to find a case study to reference. Thanks, I have all the data I need. |

1 For awhile I enjoyed reading his rants ... but his real LUNACY is shining through now. I am looking forward to the new Keystone Avenue. Not looking forward to the construction project, but the final product looks to be something that makes alot of sense. |

In your opinion, why did Carmel build an Elevated Roundabout in its own corporate limits, using city revenues (ie its own sources). Instead, it gets $90 million from Indiana for the Keystone Graftway, and is seeking funding from the federal government to build one on 96th street, in Indy?(Of note, they want Indiana to rebuild US31 in its city with ERAB's. Makes ense to me to look for other sources of revenue. That is a fiscally responsible thing to do ... have someone else pay for it. The State made a trade with Carmel --- give them responsibility for maintenance of Keystone, which had been the State of Indiana's responsibility ... and throw in some cash, that the State would be spending anyway, for Carmel to do their roundabout project. |

" ... have someone else pay for it."
Exactly! It makes sense to Carmel to have someone else pay for ERAB's, and not do it themselves. It would seem to me that if Carmel really believed in how superior they were to conventional, diamond interchanges, they would construct them in their own city at their own cost. Yet not one has been built on any of the busy, congested street intersections in Beautiful Gardens. All we see is a grainy picture of one in Merry Olde England, and Brainard saying "look how great they are". And I, the Hoosier taxsuckr, am left to pay for them for Beautiful Gardens. Stuart Kinney--Meet me in the men's room over at the Monon Center. I'll be in the third stall ;)
|
|
I WILL meet you at the Monon Center, the WASTE of TAXPAYERS money that is simply a new way to FUNNEL money into the hands of Ron Carter and Mayor Braindead. I WILL meet you in that stall ... because I know you'll help me WIPE MY BOTTOM after I go number two. I LOVE that stall. That is where I always meet my GAY LOVERS. I hope NOBLESVILLE DAD isn't there, because I know he will beat the C R A P out of me when he meets me, and my CHILDISH WHINING AND RANTING. It is PAST MY BED TIME, so I will WRITE MORE TOMORROW. |

Sharon, without regard to libel or defamation of character...do you have an court records that you can share with us to support your contentions? An arrest record is an allegation. A hearing is an allegation. A conviction is one trial. An appeal is a second trial with contentions over the first trial. A conviction overturned on appeal is a verdict of not-guilty in the first trial. Sooo...waiting for the truth from you on FACTS that can and only can appear in court documents - for cases that are civil or personal (tort). Sorry for all the big words. |
