Plan to applaud, but to leave signs and loud noisemakers at home. In an effort to provide a more dignified ceremony for graduates, the Amarillo school board drafted a new plan for monitoring behavior at ceremonies for Amarillo, Caprock, Palo Duro and Tascosa high schools today and Saturday.
