Old Lincoln Days: Stepping back in time
Nestled between Hondo and Capitan on Highway 380, this weekend the historic town of Lincoln will once again play host to Old Lincoln Days - three days of reenactments, living history demonstrations, food, arts and crafts, music and even a 19th century fashion show.

Lincoln County sets new hospital property tax levy election
With the current special property tax levy benefitting the county hospital and ambulance service in Ruidoso and four county rural health care clinics set to expire June 30, 2015, Lincoln County commissioners voted last week to place a renewal of the tax on the November general election ballot.
