The second annual Van Zandt County Balloon Fest will be Saturday near Edgewood. The Texas Department of Transportation contract crews on Monday are scheduled to begin approximatyely one week of mill and inlay operations on the Henderson Square, marking the beginning of the final phase of the signal upgrade project begun last year.
