Judge won't move Canton triple murder case

For now at least, an Ohio judge is refusing to move the trial of a man accused of killing his two young children and former mother-in-law. Attorneys for 35-year-old James Mammone III had argued that a fair trial in his hometown of Canton would be impossible because of extensive media coverage and public talk about the case.
