Clark County Sheriff Paul Gaudette has ruled the drowning of a 16-year-old boy as an accidental death.

A 16 year old Canton Missouri boy drowned Saturday night while swimming in a farm pondA near his residence on the Lewis/Clark County line.

A drowning claimed the life of a Northeast Missouri teenager over the weekend. Around 10:30 Saturday night, the Keokuk Volunteer Emergency Corps discovered Michael Hobb, 16, in a small pond in small pond in South Central Clark County.
