How can you lose somebody on his way to get his GPS unit?

Let's see...can't use his legs or one arm, but he's on the lam from Cannon Falls...he could be all the way to South Cannon Falls by now! Somebody'd better capture him before he makes it to Vasa. There's no telling what he can accomplish if he gets ahold of some lefse.
