The Chemung County Grand Jury indicted three people during its Feb. 25 session. Indicted were: *John L. Lattimer, 36, of Gillett, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested in January on North Main Street in Elmira. *Timothy D. Lovato, 23, of West Water Street in Elmira, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested in January on West Third Street in Elmira. *Andrea M. McDonald, 24, of Windsor Avenue in Elmira, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. She was arrested in December on Morley Place in Southport.
