Burrell, 28, of Elmira, was charged Jan. 26 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on College Avenue. *Matthew D. Epright, 27, of Athens, was charged Jan. 27 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on East Fifth Street. *Eric E. Titus, 30, of Jefferson Street in Elmira, was charged Jan. 27 with second-degree harassment and third-degree menacing. *Terrance R. Washington, 21, of Maxwell Place in Elmira, was charged Jan. 27 with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop at Madison Avenue and East Fifth Street. *Natasha Brooks, 20, of Elmira, was arrested Jan. 25 on a warrant charging her with petit larceny. *Sharmane L. Stevens, 24, of Ithaca, was arrested Jan. 28 on a warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and making an illegal turn. *Erick L. Wandell, 25, of Lormore Street in Elmira, was arrested Jan. 28 on a warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. *Tywreth J. Abner, 23, of Standish Street in Elmira, was charged Jan. 28 with unlawful possession of marijuana after an investigation in Harriet Court. *Kenneth M. Sterling, 24, of West Hill Road in Elmira, was charged Jan. 28 with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on West Church Street. *James E. Robbins, 29, of Addison, was charged Jan. 27 with driving while Intoxicated and speeding.
