I was approached last summer by a similiar group with the same offer. I knew it was a scam and called the Tulsa county Sherrif but the dispatcher didnt think it was a problem and would not connect me to anyone.

Simple. Don't pay the bill. When they threaten you that's when you call the police.

Make them take you to court. Even if you lost worst you'd have to pay is the amount you agreed to. If you win and prove them scammers you'd probably pay nothing AND they could end up paying you.

My guess is they would just skip the area if the heat was turned up.

In the meantime, someone should go disable those trucks in Sand Springs and contact Missouri law enforcement.

yup what they are going to do is bring the equipment set up wait until you leave then spray gas over your drive, now it does look really good for about a week, the gas makes old pavement look brand new try it for yourself

If your an old foggee like me and "don't pay the bill", then you are subject to verbal abuse and physical harm such as was administered to me last year in my own driveway. The bastard kicked my poor puppy and threatened to do the same to me and then kill my dog so I had to pay the man. Of course, I called the police but there was nothing they could do because the man left quickly after I handed him the check. The check, by the way, was cashed exactly seven minutes later.
