Did I hear correctly it on the news this morning that this woman was only charged with a misdeameanor? The laws are not hard enough on people like her.
I also heard she thought that the dog was dead so she threw it away. What is this woman's problem she doesn't know when something is a live. She should never be able to have another animal around her and I think I would be a little worried if she has any children.
