Granville lands major industrial park

“Falls Lake Commerce Center is an important step for the Raleigh-Durham industrial market”

A pair of Tennessee developers have started building a 300-acre business park in Granville County that will feature more than 4 million square feet of industrial and retail development. via Triangle Business Journal
