What Budget?
A Budget allocates revenue. You spend what you have coming in. I see where the PA budget spending and totals have been announced. Revenues however? Those numbers were pulled out of a hat. If we do this and if we get that we can balance the budget. Wow. My kids have budgets like this one!! If I get a job I can pay my bills!!!! Sick!
