Eldery woman killed in N. Phoenix house fire

When Charlotte Morgan remembers her daughter, Sharon Bushong, she thinks of the color purple, her love of roses and her two sons, but she also thinks of the way her cooling body felt on an emergency room gurney and Bobby O. 'Na Na' Williams.
Morgan's recollections of her daughter are forever woven with Williams -- the man who was convicted of shooting her in the head as she opened the cash register during a west Belleville convenience store armed robbery.
Williams received the death penalty, but that was commuted to life in prison without the possibility of parole by former Gov. George Ryan. Now Williams is asking for a chance for release. Read more
