A 31-year-old Burnett man and a 32-year-old Van Dyne man were charged Wednesday morning with heroin-related crimes.

Wednesday morning, the National Weather Service issued a new winter storm warning from 7 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday for Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland, Burnett, Washburn, and Sawyer counties.
