*Frances E. Kinney, 61, of Burdett, was charged June 26 with petit larceny at Wal-Mart. *Blaze R. Brockway, 25, of Millport, was charged June 18 with burglary. *Elias D. Garcia, 21, and Timothy R. Morgan, 20, both of Elmira, were charged June 20 with an environmental conservation violation -- fishing without a license. *Jovon Moss, 22, and Kenneth R. White, 19, both of Elmira, were charged June 20 with an environmental conservation violation -- failure to carry a fishing license. *Cassie S. Stafford, 21, of Old Fort, Tenn., was charged June 20 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop. *Jodey L. Buchanan, 32, of Horseheads, was charged June 22 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop. *Robert P. Pecor, 25, of Addison, was charged June 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop. *Thomas R. Cundy, 48, of Lockwood, was charged June 24 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop. *Jack K. Brewer, 36, of Elmira, was charged June 24 with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic investigation. *Robert J. Wright, 37, of North Chemung Street in Waverly, was charged June 18 with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. *Police are investigating a burglary at a residence on Ammerman Road in Litchfield Township sometime June 24. A small amount of money, mostly in coins, and personal checks were stolen. *Michael Dunn, 29, of Towanda, was charged June 26 with drug possession after a traffic stop on Railroad Street in Towanda Borough. *Police are investigating a burglary at a residence on Orshal Road in Orwell Township between June 22 and 25. A television was taken, police said. *Aaron A. Dickerman, 28, of Pearl Street in Corning, was charged June 19 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no signal and moving from a lane unsafely. *Jason W. Case, 19, of West Pulteney Street in Corning, was charged June 21 with third-degree assault. *Michael J. VanDusen, 19, of East Third Street in Corning, was charged June 21 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no signal. *Andover A. Suman, 24, of West Pulteney Street in Corning, was charged June 21 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation without insurance, operation with a suspended registration and failure to signal. *Jennifer L. Morse, 23, of Maple Street in Corning, was charged June 22 with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. *Taylor B. Anglin, 27, of Maple Street in Corning, was charged June 22 with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree attempted assault. *James B. Holiday, 39, of Hillvue Avenue in Corning, was charged June 23 with first-degree criminal contempt. *Shawn Michael Benjamin, 27, of Ontario Street in Corning, was charged June 26 with second-degree burglary. *Kiira A. Winkky, 28, of West 19th Street in Elmira Heights, was charged June 26 with unlawful possession of marijuana. *Jennifer D. Strickland, 22, of O'Connor Avenue in Hornell, was charged June 19 with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. Police said she fraudulently prepared a landlord statement, signed it with another person's name and submitted the statement to the Steuben County Department of Social Services in an attempt to obtain housing. *Donald Schroeder, 65, of William Street in Elmira, was arrested June 21 on a warrant charging him with petit larceny. *Aaron DeJesus, 25, of Linden Place in Elmira, was arrested June 21 on a warrant charging him with second-degree assault. *Thomas J. Greene, 30, of Madison Avenue in Elmira, was arrested June 22 on a warrant charging him with third-degree tampering with a witness. *Franklin L. Reyes Jr., 18, of West Gray Street in Elmira, was charged June 22 with second-degree harassment. *Edward W. Sloan, 44, of College Avenue in Elmira, was arrested June 22 on warrants charging him with false personation, criminal trespass, petit larceny and failure to register as a sex offender.
