He was arraigned in Wayland Town Court and sent to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of cash bail or property bond. An order of protection was issued for two children involved in the case. *Gerald Burdett Gee, 60, of State Street in Lawrenceville, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for failure to notify the state of an address change. He is a Level 3 sex offender who moved to Lawrenceville in May without notifying authorities, police said. *Anneliese Coolbaugh, no age provided, of University Avenue in North Cohocton, was charged Sept. 16 with four felony drug charges. She is accused of two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. She was sent to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 property bond following arraignment in Steuben County Court. The arrest followed a four-month investigation. *William E. Horton, 41, of Etruscan Lane East in Corning, was charged Sept. 14 with second-degree assault, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest. *James H. Ecker Sr., 71, of Wall Street in Corning, was charged Sept. 12 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident. *Michael C. Schmidt, 30, of Caton Road in Corning, was charged Sept. 12 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent. *Darlene Krupp, 53, of Arkport, was charged Sept. 12 with driving while intoxicated after a Hornellsville traffic stop. *Maxwell Faulkner and Michael Grinmanis, both 18, of Altamont, were charged Sept. 12 with illegal possession of alcohol and unlawful marijuana possession after a traffic stop in Hornellsville. *Nathan R. Riehle, 29, of Humphrey, N.Y., was charged on Sept. 14 with aggravated driving while intoxicated and speeding after a Hornellsville traffic stop. The Star-Gazette Police Record reports felony arrests. The record also includes misdemeanors and major traffic violations that are related to crimes against children or crimes involving drugs or alcohol.
