CBS boss Moonves reportedly tried to silence sex assault allegations with TV roles - and his $120 million severance is in jeopardy A damning New York Times report says that Les Moonves tried to silence a woman who accused him of sexual assault with a TV role at a CBS show so she would keep quiet. Moonves, who was then working for Warner Bros., allegedly forced Bobbie Phillips to perform oral sex on him in 1995.
