He was later released to a family member. -- Police on Sunday arrested Matthew Fortunato, 21, of Andover, Newton residents of Brian Kedash, 21, and Dillon Kelly, 19, and Adnan Huq, 19, of Bayport, N.Y., all for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Route 613, police said.
