Barnegat Police Charge Browns Mills Woman With Drunk Driving
A Browns Mills woman is facing driving while intoxicated charges after Patrolman Chris Steins arrested her after a motor vehicle stop on Dec. 5. Cynthia Abroitz, 53, was traveling on West Bay Avenue at 7:25 a.m. when Steins stopped her on West Bay Avenue for failing to maintain the lane of travel, according to the police report.
