Accident On Rt 85 Leads To Fatality

The scene involved a commercial motor vehicle and a traffic control flag man. Maryland State Police in Frederick are continuing to investigate a fatality that happened Friday when a flagman directing traffic on Buckeystown Pike was run over by a co-workers truck, killing him.
