Rape Investigation and Arrest in Rockcastle County

Justin did not really rape this girl. Weather he had sex with her I dont know, If he did and she is not at least 16 that is statuatory rape because she is not of age to concent to have sex. Which is still bad but is very diffrent than just plain old rape. My guess is if they did have sex this girl was the one that broght it on to him and a guy being a guy it is damn near impossable to turn down when they are practicly putting it in your face. He still should have had the since to say no I am an adult and you are not quite old enough to be doing this and told her mother about it. I heard from a family member of his that Justin was dating this juvinille's mother and they broke up. After they broke up she threatened to black mail him by saying (Guess what) that he raped this girl. Nothing was said for a few months while justin was working and giving her $150 dollers a week plus paying all of her bill's but when justin lost his job and could no longer give her money guess what happened? BOO HOOO He raped my daughter!! give me an FN break you dumb slut! he has witnesses one of which is a constable in Lincoln county that says at the time that all of this BS was supposed to have happened that he was with them. You really messed up now because the truth is going to come out and you will be the one paying justin this time as well as going to jail for filling a false report on him! Have fun sweetheart!

If I am wrong I am sorry and he deserves what he get's for doing this. But I have a very good feeling that I am not wrong. Pretty reliable sources that told me all of this that knows you, your daughter and Justin fairly well. So if none of this is true you need to be looking around at your friends and figure out which one is lying on you.

Why don't people mind their own business. If this Justin did rape this girl. He will have to answer before God. Why not let God take charge of this. no one but him knows the truth. This situation is no one's business but the families directly involved. If you want to know anything about it don't bring it to topix, take your questions to the families that are involved.

Since this is an ongoing legal case you need to just contact topix and have it removed. Furthermore if they were blackmailing him that is just terrible.

I know of a case in Laurel Co. where a 15 year old girl had been having sex since she was 12 yrs old and her family new it. The family was told that she was going to end up pregnant. Guess what happened next? She got pregnant. She knew that she was pregnant 2 weeks before she ever told her parents. They went to the hosp. and they found out there that she was pregnant. She was brought up to be a money moocher. So she named one of the men that she had been visiting..... because she thought he had money and would just start paying her some child support. The man got indicted for consensual sex with a minor and is facing 2 years in jail. Her mother forced her to say that it was rape. This whole family new that it wasnt rape but went on with the lies. The baby was born and the DNA has yet to be done. She dont know who the baby belongs to because when you have sex with every man that shows intrest in you, it would be hard to pinpoint the exact time and person that you got pregnant by. Her family needs to be charged with making up lies and slandering peoples names. But there will be nothing done to these money grubbers. This baby was a plot to get a check and a free gallon of milk. A child molester is a person that takes advantage of a child. This is not the case here. This girl is nothing but a little RIP!!!!! It was rape because rape is really freebee sex. Sex cost no matter what. It cost if one has a gf or a prostitute in one form or another. I must disagree. While one will have to pay for their deeds when they get to the end of the line here and move on to what';s next you cannot tell me in all good faith that you do not think the person should not be punished by the legal system. Using your highly skewed logic there is no need for jails, police, or the courts because God will deal with it. And I'm awfully sorry to break it to you but if there is a case here then it is the business of the community. Just like if a sex offender moved in next to you I'm sure you would want to know. No, there is not a need to condemn the man before a trial but offenses of this nature should be known to the public.

you have no reliable sources and yes they whoever they are lied.no one was there but me and my daughter so we know.just stop.

You people are talking about some ladies daughter,like she is nothing.Parents cannot watch every move their child makes.The girl who ever she was,was still a minor,there are to many grown women out there to hurt a child,at 16 years of age that is still considered a child,in my book,sometimes people make bad choices in life,but that one bad decision makes people like you treat them like trash thats wrong,give the child a break.
