Foundation to host barbecue fundraiser

The Broadalbin-Perth Education Foundation will host a chicken barbecue fundraiser featuring live music by the Crossroads Acoustic Duo from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Broadalbin American Legion Pavilion, at the intersection of Pine Street and Route 29. The tickets can be purchased for $9 each before the event through the foundation website.
