The uncle of an 11-month-old baby is charged in the child's death. Authorities say Stephen C. Calahan was taking care of the Lakeira Jewell Calahan while her parents were at work on May 4. Authorities arrived at their home on Gunter Street around noon and say the child was unresponsive.
