Dog rescued from chilly Jersey Shore bay
A 200-pound dog that somehow ended clinging to a bulkhead in the chilly Brigantine Bay on Monday was rescued by police officers and a local boat towing company. A resident on Bayshore Avenue called the cops for help when the dog went missing.
