PEople should listen to this guy. I'm still baffled on the article that says they want to train and retain their employees. They've been there 16 years and need to be trained??????? Their butts need to be FIRED!!!!! Talk about a waste of money. What the heck were they doing for 16 years if they didn't know their jobs. I think every single entity that relies on that bureau should find another means because if they insist on keeping the old staff, what's the point. Their the ones who got that place in that shape in the first place. Either rid the bureau of that staff and hire new or find a totally new collector. It only makes good sense.
