Prep volleyball: Eastern's league winning streak comes to end

Mason County Eastern's string of consecutive Western Michigan D League victories came to a close Thursday as the Cardinals fell to Brethren, 16-25, 25-12, 25-21, 23-25, 13-15. The Cardinals last lost within the league in the 2010 season when Eastern split the league title with Big Rapids Crossroads.
