In brief: Concord to light up holidays at Todos Santos Plaza
The city of Concord is preparing to kick off the holidays Dec. 1 in Todos Santos Plaza with a number of traditional festivities including an official tree-lighting, horse-drawn carriage rides, the mayor's sing-along and a special visit from Santa. Holiday booths open at 3 p.m. for ornament craft making, hot cocoa, yummy treats and holiday stories at Mrs. Santa's Bookshoppe.
