CHP: Unsafe pass caused Vasco Road crash

An unsafe pass into oncoming traffic caused a Vasco Road crash Wednesday that wrecked two vehicles and left a driver needing an airlift to the hospital, the Highway Patrol said. via Contra Costa Times
