Convicted sex offender James Border Jr. has registered at an address in the 300 block of Wycoff Avenue N., according to Bremerton Police.

im a level one sex offender and I have lived a good life for the last 20 years,I did get treatment and stayed in treatment for 3yaers after prison no one told me to! I have owned a company in kitsap for 14 years and worked very hard for my family yes family.people can change they just have to want to!!
