County Tax Commitment Up 2.12 Percent
By Dominik Lobkowicz The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners signed the county tax commitment at their meeting May 7, which has increased 2.12 percent over last year's commitment.

Rachel the osprey laid her first egg during the full moon early Friday morning. She, her mate Steve and an unattached female osprey dubbed "Intruder," or Trudy, were part of an osprey love triangle earlier this month at the Hog Island Audubon camp in Muscongus Bay.
