Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that Jared A Johnson, 29, of Brattleboro, had verbally assaulted her causing her fear, and took her vehicle. Johnson was found to be on court ordered conditions in which he was ordered not to operate a vehicle and ordered to be at his residence on a 24 hour curfew.
