Owners who hope one day to enjoy the benefits of their long term investment in their property by cashing in on Jackson County growth would be well advised to closely monitor this process. More often than not, its those people that have no similar future that will impose on you heavy development expense burdens that will adversely affect YOUR investment but not their OWN. They will argue that its for your own good because your property fronts on Hwy 53, but in reality its good for everyone but you, its at your expense not theirs. If the public wants it and will benefit, then let the public pay for it.
