Investigators still seeking the public's assistance in locating contractor
Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office are still actively investigating a complaint regarding Mr. Neal Joseph Laperouse, 51, in reference to a report of contractor fraud that took place in May, 2014. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Mr. Laperouse defrauded two people in St. Martin Parish by taking money from them without performing the work.
