Nearly 50 people were in Carroll County Superior Court Monday morning for what they expected would be the beginning of the trial of a Bowdon man accused of killing a Franklin resident last November.

One of the two former Bowdon city clerks indicted on theft by taking charges in the past year was in court Wednesday for a status hearing, with her attorney announcing that not much has changed in her case.

Funeral services for Mr. Prince will be conducted on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. from the Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home Chapel at 2717 Franklin Parkway, Franklin, Georgia with the Reverend Neil Awbrey officiating.
