Bluefield prepares for excursion train visit

When passengers debark in Bluefield from the Amtrak excursion train from Roanoke, Va., they will be greeted by volunteers serving lemonade - a tradition in Bluefield on days when the local temperature exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
