WALLOPS ISLAND -- When the Minotaur rocket carrying the TacSat-3 military satellite blasted off last month from the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport, one of the people who helped it happen was a Saxis native and mother of two whose job is to ensure spaceport customers have everything they need to succeed.
