Loud cries prompt 911 call, turn out to be a 'dang goat'

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office responded to the call in the Bloomington Springs area of Putnam County after a neighbor placed the 911 call when she heard the cries after arriving home from work, Putnam County Chief Deputy Jack Farley said.
