A 19-year-old Bloomingburg man has been arrested and charged with falsely reporting that his neighbor's house was fully engulfed in flames.

Why would this young man do this?it seems to me he is looking 4 attention.he seems to have alot of anger towards the neighbor maybe some anger management might help and community service at a firehouse so he can see what firefighters go through everyday
