Spurred by opponents of Shalom Lamm's 396-home Hasidic development, the Bloomingburg Village Board on Thursday will set a date for a referendum that would ultimately place this village of 400 under the jurisdiction of the Town of Mamakating, whose leaders also oppose the Hasidic development.
