'The virus causes blisters in the lips and tongue which is quite painful, and the horses may not eat for a day or two, Quintana said. It also can affect part of the hoof and the teeth on females.'
Sounds like a HORRIBLE VIRUS - All NM Horses need to be quarantined within the State for three weeks.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Pisces

Mercury's retro phase in Capricorn will raise questions in your mind about a friend or loved one during the next two weeks. You might wonder what they're playing at and have to ask them to be straight with you, or you could work hard at overcoming the current problems between you so you're able to enter a much more positive phase in your relationship.
