Rockland briefs: Tappan gun-in-school dad; Wesley Hills dog case, more
ORANGETOWN: Peter Cocker, a Tappan father and retired police officer, made a short appearance in court Tuesday on felony charges accusing him of entering a Blauvelt school armed with a gun and going after the superintendent.
